Job Title: Power Systems Applications Engineer

Location: Melbourne, FL (Remote)

Duration: Full-time

Job Description:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
2. Proficiency in C, Java, and Oracle Database.
3. Experience with SQL, shell scripting, log interpretation, and debugging.
4. Installation of operating system patches and third-party software such as Oracle and NetApp.
5. Hands-on experience with system configuration, GitHub, and ClearCase.
6. At least 5 years of experience with real-time or mission-critical systems.
7. Experience in installing fixes on live customer systems.
8. Strong problem analysis, identification, and resolution skills.
9. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
10. Good verbal and written communication skills.
11. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Outlook.
12. Experience with Reliance (formerly XA/21).
13. Knowledge of object-oriented programming techniques, Oracle, and system administration is a plus.
