Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking a Programs and Pricing Specialist for the Power Sports and Products Division.

You will ensure data accuracy and audit readiness across pricing, sales programs, and core business processes, including consignment invoicing, returns, transfers, and year-end reconciliation. The role supports updating product and customer records, resolves incidents, and maintains system attributes for smooth logistics and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years in operations, master data, pricing administration, order-to-cash support, or a similar functional area.
• ERP experience with SAP, including pricing modules.
• Experience maintaining audit-ready data and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Set up pricing and programs for power sports and related products.
• Manage end-to-end consignment invoicing, returns, and transfers.
• Maintain material and customer master data and ensure data integrity.
• Reconcile serialized data and support SAP data accuracy.
