Job summary

You will own portfolio strategy, collaborate with engineering, and build senior OEM/ODM relationships to expand market presence across Telecom/DataCom, server, networking, and automotive segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 710+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing or Product Management within tech/electronics.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and experience managing direct reports.
• Track record in revenue growth, go-to-market strategies, and portfolio initiatives.
• Experience partnering with sales, customer accounts, and channel partners to expand markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product marketing professionals aligned with regional strategies.
• Translate market strategies into actionable plans and ensure execution across teams.
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities in Telecom/DataCom markets.
• Own product portfolio strategy and collaborate with engineering on new developments.
• Build senior relationships with OEM/ODM accounts and guide strategic engagements.
• Develop sales enablement tools, pricing, and competitive positioning for sales teams.
