Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7–10+ years in Product Marketing/PM, sales, or business development within tech/electronics.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports.
• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and GTM strategies.
• Background working with sales teams, customer accounts, and channel partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product marketing professionals.
• Translate high-level product and market strategies into clear execution plans.
• Own and execute the product portfolio strategy and roadmaps; collaborate with engineering.
• Build senior-level customer relationships with key OEM/ODM accounts.
• Direct development of sales enablement tools, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
• Oversee end-to-end pipeline from lead generation through closure.
• Provide executive insights to guide investment decisions and product strategy.
