Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; fluent in English.
Experience in site operations, facilities, energy, or other power-intensive environments.
Comfortable with basic reporting and tools (Excel, Word).
Hands-on, accountable, and able to perform in fast-paced, high-availability settings.
Willing to travel and work shifts when required.
Exposure to large-scale infrastructure or digital asset operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
Run day-to-day site operations and own overall site performance.
Lead on-site teams across equipment deployment, troubleshooting, and routine operations.
Manage site security and asset inventory, including audits and reporting.
Coordinate site construction, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
Own maintenance planning, incident response, and emergency handling.
Act as the main point of contact with utilities, contractors, local authorities, and communities.
Support new site launches and cross-site inspections as the business scales.
