Langan is seeking an Environmental Practice Lead – Power Sector to join its national Environmental Compliance practice. This senior leader will build and guide a team of consultants delivering air quality modeling and permitting, site assessment, remediation, environmental due diligence, and water/wastewater support for power and data center projects.

You will shape market strategy, ensure high‑quality work, grow services and revenue, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross‑discipline teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in environmental industry with 5+ years in power sector.
• Experience providing strategic development, permitting, and operational support.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the power sector environmental practice across multiple offices.
• Ensure high-quality work with focus on air quality modeling, permitting, and site assessments.
• Mentor staff and oversee project teams to drive profitability and client satisfaction.
• Develop growth plans with leadership and participate in business development.
