Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of power engineering experience.
• Active California EIT Certificate.
• Familiar with Rule 2 standards and voltage complaint procedures.
• Ability to apply basic engineering principles and theory.

Responsibilities

• Assist to resolve power quality issues for safe operation.
• Provide monitoring support for power quality programs.
• Support education and awareness for clients on power quality.
• Investigate correlations using reporting tools and diagrams.
• Guide voltage complaint procedures company-wide.
• Support distributed generation power quality issues.
• Coordinate with ADE/Distribution Engineers for issue resolution.
• Receive and route voltage notifications from SmartMeter systems.
• Ensure closure of power quality investigations.
