Siemens in Wendell, NC invites you to join its Power Protection and Automation Engineering Development Program. Over one year, you'll rotate through Protection and Automation tracks, work on substations, digital substations, and grid modernization projects, and begin your journey toward a Solutions Engineering role.

You will travel up to 38 weeks per year for field experiences across the U.S., relocate if needed, and earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus plus a $10,000 completion bonus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, or closely related field.
• Candidates must graduate from an accredited institution between December 2024 and December 2026.
• Willing to relocate to Wendell, NC and travel up to 38 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Complete two six‑month rotations in Protection and Automation with training.
• Assist in substation projects, testing, commissioning, and field support.
• Transition into Solutions Engineering with continued technical development.
