Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Mid Level Scheduler to join its Project Controls team. You will develop and update schedules for construction and engineering projects, coordinating with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction staff.

You will build resource-loaded schedules, manage critical milestones, and communicate schedule health to stakeholders across various project sites in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Construction management (or similar).
• Proficiency with computers and Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed planning and scheduling of projects from concept through engineering and construction.
• Create resource-loaded schedules with activities, milestones, approvals, long-lead items and deliverables.
• Define schedule logic, durations, and resource requirements to support planning.
• Assess impacts of design changes and schedule slippages; report updates to management and clients.
• Apply EPC terminology to develop and maintain critical path networks; use historical data for forecasts.
• Provide guidance and schedule health reports; interface with clients and attend regular meetings.
