Solina is seeking a Power Platform & Tulip Developer to design low-code applications supporting digital transformation across operations and support functions. The role combines hands-on development with close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, secure solutions.

The position can be located in Bréal-Sous-Montfort or Paris (France), Eke or Eupen (Belgium), offering international exposure and remote-friendly options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Dataverse and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Tulip (app building, tables, connectors).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Tulip.
• Automate business processes and eliminate manual/Excel-based workflows.
• Work closely with business stakeholders (Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance).
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Challenge and optimize existing processes before digitizing them.
• Provide user guidance, documentation, and training.
• Act as a bridge between IT and business teams.

Role Summary
