  • Support integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, databases, and other business systems.
  • Provide technical direction for Dataverse configuration and development, including data models, security, business rules, plugins, and custom connectors.
  • Apply C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and other development technologies where appropriate.
Technical Leadership
  • Provide day-to-day technical direction to developers and automation engineers.
  • Establish engineering standards around development, source control, testing, code quality, documentation, and solution design.
  • Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews.

Business & Delivery Partnership
  • Partner with product owners, business teams, and functional stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Lead technical discovery and solution-design sessions.
  • Translate business requirements into architecture recommendations, delivery approaches, estimates, and technical plans.
  • Clearly communicate technical decisions, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, technical estimation, and dependency management.
  • Develop technical documentation and support knowledge transfer across delivery teams.
Required Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development, software engineering, or solution architecture.
