Job summary

Data Capital Incorporation is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Tech Lead / Architect to guide architecture, governance, and enterprise deployments within the Power Platform ecosystem. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable solutions, manage REST API and Azure-based integrations, and ensure security, performance, and compliance across platforms.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Tech Lead / Architect to lead the architecture, design, development, governance, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Dataverse, and Azure services. This individual will be responsible for defining scalable solution architectures, establishing governance frameworks, designing enterprise integrations, and ensuring security, performance, and compliance across Power Platform solutions.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, enterprise architects, and senior leadership to drive digital transformation, automate business processes, and deliver innovative technology solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform architecture and enterprise solution delivery.
• Expertise in Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model‑Driven Apps.
• Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows, workflow automation, and business process automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Pages and enterprise portal architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse data modeling, security, and governance.
• Knowledge of Power BI and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder for intelligent automation and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, environment strategy, DLP policies, and Center of Excellence practices.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, role‑based access control, managed identities, Conditional Access, and secure application design.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solution management, version control, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, scalability, performance optimization, and application security.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform or related Microsoft cloud certifications.
• Experience with Azure integration services and enterprise API management.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
• Experience establishing enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.Experience leading development teams and delivering large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.
