Job summary

LMI Government Consulting is seeking a Power Platform Developer to redesign, develop, and modernize Digital Process Solutions for an Air Force customer, based on Wright Patterson AFB. The role emphasizes SharePoint development, Power Platform tooling, and solution delivery using Agile practices.

You'll analyze requirements, design solutions, build and test components, and provide ongoing maintenance and documentation.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• : 1-5+ years of experience developing SharePoint solutions
• : Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development frameworks, and best practices
• : Experience with SharePoint workflows, web parts, and custom applications
• : Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate
• : Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in government contracting industry
• Target salary range: $105,000.00 - $125,000. Final compensation will be determined by multiple factors.

Responsibilities

• : Analyze business requirements to identify SharePoint-based solutions
• : Design and develop SharePoint solutions, including custom workflows, web parts, and applications to modernize legacy solutions
• : Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs
• : Develop SharePoint solutions using SharePoint development frameworks (e.g., Power Platform)
• : Test and debug SharePoint solutions to ensure they meet quality standards
• : Perform unit, integration, and system testing
• : Provide technical support for SharePoint applications
• : Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SharePoint solutions
• : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint applications
• : Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint technologies and best practices
• : Create and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint solutions
