Job summary

LMI seeks a Power Platform Developer to redesign and modernize Digital Process Solutions for an Air Force customer, full time on base in Beavercreek, Ohio.

The role uses SharePoint and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) for automation, documentation and reporting. Agile practices guide stakeholder engagement, with emphasis on quality, timeliness, and user‑centered design. A background in digital transformation and UX is highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1–5+ years of experience developing SharePoint solutions.
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and development frameworks.
Experience with SharePoint workflows, web parts, and custom applications.
Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements to identify SharePoint-based solutions.
Design and develop SharePoint solutions and modernize legacy systems.
Develop SharePoint solutions using Power Platform frameworks.
Test, debug, and ensure quality; perform unit and integration tests.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SharePoint apps.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
