Job summary

LMI Government Consulting is seeking a Power Platform Developer to redesign, develop, and modernize Digital Process Solutions for a United States Air Force customer. The role is full-time on base in Beavercreek, Ohio, focusing on SharePoint-based solutions and Power Platform automation and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years developing SharePoint solutions, strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate, and experience working within government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience developing SharePoint solutions.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with SharePoint workflows, web parts, and custom applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Overview

LMI is seeking a Power PlatformDeveloper to support the redesign, development, and modernization of Digital Process Solutions for an Air Force customer, full time on base in Beavercreek Ohio.

A successful Power Platform Developer will be experienced with using SharePoint and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) software for automation, documentation, and reporting. The Power Platform Developer will be able to leverage the Agile Way of Working to engage stakeholders and meet customers’ needs. A successful Power Platform Developer will be detail oriented, possess the management skills to hold people accountable to quality expectations and timelines, and respond quickly to evolving client needs. A background in digital transformation, development, and/or User Experience/Human Centered Design is highly desired.

Solution Design:

Maintenance and Support:

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SharePoint solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint technologies and best practices

Documentation:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint solutions

Qualifications

Target salary range: $105,000.00 - $125,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
