Job summary

LMI Government Consulting is seeking a Power Platform Developer to support the redesign, development, and modernization of Digital Process Solutions for an Air Force client, on base at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires expertise with SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) for automation, documentation, and reporting, leveraging Agile practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience developing SharePoint solutions.
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development frameworks, and best practices.
Experience with SharePoint workflows, web parts, and custom applications.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements to identify SharePoint-based solutions.
Design and develop SharePoint solutions, including custom workflows, web parts, and applications to modernize legacy solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs.
Develop SharePoint solutions using SharePoint development frameworks (e.g., Power Platform).
Test and debug SharePoint solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
Provide technical support for SharePoint applications.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SharePoint solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint technologies and best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint solutions.
