Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analyst or similar experience.
• Hands-on working experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience translating business processes into Power Platform or SharePoint solution requirements.
• Solid understanding of SharePoint lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Experience documenting current/future processes using Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery, backlog management, and UAT.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and working meetings to understand processes.
• Elicit, analyze, prioritize, and document requirements (functional and non-functional).
• Translate needs into process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
• Collaborate with Power Platform developers and SharePoint admins to define solutions.
• Review current-state workflows and identify opportunities to reduce manual work.
• Prototype simple solutions in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, reviews, demos, and stakeholder sign-off in Agile.
• Define and coordinate UAT; document scenarios, track defects, and validate fixes.
• Create end-user and project documentation; assist with training and change management.
• Coordinate with project leadership and business users; raise risks early.
