Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, process management, or operational excellence.
• 2+ years hands-on Power Platform development.
• Experience building Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, SQL and data integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
• Partner with stakeholders to document requirements, workflows, pain points, and outcomes.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve controls.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
• Design, build, test, and support Power Apps solutions; develop Power Automate workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and participate in Agile ceremonies.
