Dow is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to join our team in Midland, MI or Houston, TX. You will develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions, collaborating with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable business outcomes.

The role covers ALM, governance, security, and AI-enabled capabilities, with opportunities to grow expertise across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft ecosystem while supporting SDLC processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at/above U.S. E5, or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• U.S. work eligibility required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions.
• Assist with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, workflows, and automation.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Follow governance, security practices, and reusable patterns.
• Support environments, deployments, access, connectors, and platform configuration.
• Assist with platform governance activities, including security roles and DLP policies.
• Manage ALM, pipelines, source control, and CI/CD processes.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in solution reviews, testing, and quality checks.
• Create deployment instructions and knowledge articles.
