Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to support development, testing, deployment, and ongoing administration of Power Platform solutions in Midland, MI or Houston, TX.

You will work with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable business applications end-to-end. You will contribute to governance, security, ALM, and integration efforts, while expanding expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI capabilities within a

• Bachelor's degree or military experience equivalent or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions.
• Assist canvas/model-driven apps, workflows, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow governance, security practices, and reusable patterns.
• Support environments, deployments, access, connectors, and platform configuration.
• Contribute to ALM, pipelines, source control, and releases.
• Troubleshoot failures and production incidents; assist with SDLC activities.
• Create documentation, deployment instructions, and knowledge articles.
• Learn and evaluate Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and related AI capabilities.
• Participate in Agile delivery and continuous improvement.
