Job summary

Dow is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform in Midland, MI or Houston, TX to support development, deployment, and ongoing administration of Power Platform solutions. You will work with developers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and maintainable business apps.

The role covers SDLC participation, governance, ALM, integration, and exploratory use of AI capabilities across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI to improve processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at U.S. E5 or Canadian PO2/Sergeant, or 3 years of related experience.
• US-based position requires legal work authorization; no visa sponsorship.
• Note: relocation assistance is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Create Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, workflows, and automation.
• Translate requirements into practical technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Follow governance, security, and standards for deployments.
• Support environments, deployments, access, connectors, and platform configuration.
• Assist with ALM, deployment pipelines, source control, and CI/CD.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot incidents and failures.
