Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to join our Midland, MI or Houston, TX teams. You will develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, while ensuring governance and security.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions and contribute to the full SDLC. You will work with experts across security, architecture, and IT operations, focusing on ALM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank, or 3+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Assist with Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, workflows, and automation.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Follow Power Platform governance, security, and reusable patterns.
• Support environments, deployments, connectors, and platform configuration.
• Assist with ALM/SDLC activities, solution management, pipelines, and source control.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot incidents in production.
• Participate in solution reviews, testing, and documentation.
