Job summary

CACI is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, architect, and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) in an in-person role in Norfolk/Reston, VA. The role emphasizes secure, scalable applications integrated with SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

You will build and optimize datasets, automate workflows, and create data visualizations while adhering to governance and best practices.

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
3-5 years proven experience designing, architecting, and developing enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and system architecture for scalable solutions.
Experience with data analysis, DAX optimization, Power Query, and advanced Power BI modeling.

Responsibilities

Independently design, architect, test, and build custom solutions using Power Platform tools with SharePoint lists and standard connectors.
Design and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate critical business processes.
Develop dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI with role-based permissions.
Own solution development from requirements to delivery while aligning with enterprise architecture.
Provide governance, standards, and best practices for Power Platform projects.
Provide operational support and documentation for deployed solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive training and user adoption materials.
