Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Power Platform Engineer in Chicago, IL, for a 4+ month engagement. The role focuses on guiding automation and digital workflow initiatives across business functions, with onsite work three days per week.

You will consult with partners and technology teams to design scalable digital solutions, implement Power Automate workflows, and develop Power BI dashboards, while leveraging Microsoft 365, Azure, and ServiceNow integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Experience with digital collaboration platforms, workflow automation, analytics.
5+ years in automation or process improvement.
Hands-on with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
Power BI/AI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

In-depth knowledge of digital maturity models, business process optimization, and automation best practices.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing workflows using Power Automate.
Experience integrating digital workflow across Microsoft 365, Azure Services, ServiceNow and other third-party platforms.
Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports for operational, risk, compliance, and performance metrics.
Experience managing digital initiatives using Agile delivery, and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or MS Project.
Experience designing and implementing workflows using AI agents, Copilot, and prompts.
Experience with cybersecurity domains including identity, data, infrastructure, and cloud security etc.
