Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Business Performance Analyst in Oakland/Bay Area for a 4-month hybrid role. You will own end-to-end Power Platform solutions, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, from intake through production support.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in procurement or related fields, and deep experience with data modeling, governance, and stakeholder engagement within a regulated enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement or related discipline.
• Strong experience with Power Platform (BI, Apps, Automate).
• Experience owning end-to-end solution delivery from intake to production support.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end intake for Power Platform requests across Procurement.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions.
• Lead user acceptance testing and production readiness activities.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, SOX controls, and security requirements.
