Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer & Consultant to lead and deliver a Power Apps tenant-to-tenant migration project.
Act as migration architect during the assessment phase: perform asset inventory, analyze complexity, and define approach.
Package and migrate Power Platform solutions using Client CLI, PowerShell, and solution export/import best practices.
Reconfigure environment variables, connection references, and authentication post-migration.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compatibility, security roles, and user access in the target tenant.
Perform functionality validation and regression testing after each migration wave.
Document findings, configuration decisions, and recommendations for handoff and operational support.
Provide input into cut-over planning and post-migration hyper-care.
Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Proven experience migrating Power Platform solutions across environments or tenants.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, custom connectors, and Power Platform ALM practices.
