Ladders is seeking a Power Platform Developer to lead initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and business transformation. You will collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions in a remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of professional experience in software engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Understanding of RPA development lifecycle and UiPath.
• Experience with SQL and relational database concepts.
• Advanced Power BI skills including DAX and semantic model design.
• Experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer.

Responsibilities

• Drive Power Platform implementations through all project phases.
• Identify client requirements through discovery meetings.
• Deliver client solutions using Microsoft’s PowerApps and related technologies.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise for Power Platform solutions.
• Conduct end-user training and maintain documentation.
• Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Serve as Microsoft Power Platform SME.
