Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in any field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, and others).
• Experience: Basic experience or coursework in knowledge management or web-based application development.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Power Fx, DAX, HTML, CSS.
• Good problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Management Systems: Help develop, implement, and maintain systems that make storing, retrieving, and sharing information easier and more effective.
• Web-Based Application Development: Design, develop, and update Canvas Power Apps to support knowledge management needs, using Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
• Requirements Analysis: Team up with stakeholders to gather and understand their needs for web-based solutions; translate into technical plans and designs.
• System Integration: Assist in connecting knowledge management systems with other applications and databases to improve data flow and accessibility.
• Data Management: Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and secure; assist with data migration and cleanup.
• User Support and Training: Provide support and training to users on how to use systems and tools; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documents about systems and processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and gather feedback to suggest and implement improvements.
