Job summary

Technomics, Inc. in Arlington, VA seeks a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure business apps and automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The candidate will translate business needs into scalable solutions with usability, accessibility, and security in mind.

Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, implement ALM and DevOps practices, and support deployments across environments. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Minimum 2 years designing, developing, testing, and deploying Power Apps solutions for a large user base.
• Experience with Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Fx.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with external systems via REST APIs, Azure services, or similar technologies.
• Experience applying software development best practices including version control, ALM, and CI/CD.
• Experience implementing secure, scalable Power Platform solutions with Entra ID, RBAC, governance, and environment management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Power Platform tools meeting business requirements while adhering to architecture and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using Power Fx and platform capabilities.
• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and documentation.
