Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer in Washington, DC (Hybrid). The role develops and maintains Power Platform solutions to meet business needs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deploy secure, scalable apps and automations.

You will work on canvas/model‑driven apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse and integrations, with emphasis on ALM, deployments, and best practices. U.S. Government clearance ability is required.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of application development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Experience with: Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, Azure DevOps/Git, Power Platform solution deployment and ALM, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).
• Federal experience is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions.
• Support application enhancements, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Follow development best practices and assist with solution deployments.
