Job summary

LPA is seeking a Power Platform Developer to help develop and improve business applications, automation, and AI solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, and will explore Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents. You will connect Dataverse, APIs, and automation across Teams and 365, with a focus on practical solutions in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience developing, supporting, or enhancing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Experience developing or experimenting with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and application integration.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, or other programming languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Develop and guide guidelines for Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents to streamline processes.
• Connect Microsoft platforms and business systems using Dataverse, APIs, connectors, and automation.
• Develop solutions that integrate with Teams and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with team members and users to translate problems into practical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Participate in proof-of-concept projects and explore new Microsoft and AI technologies.
• Document solutions and educate users and team members.
