Job description

DSA is seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with an active secret clearance to join our team in Washington, D.C. Position currently primarily remote but 1-3 days a week onsite at the Pentagon is a requirement

Required Qualifications

1. Customer engagement experience, ability to develop relationships and understand customer needs
2. 1-5 years of PowerApps development experience building canvas apps
3. 1-5 years of PowerAutomate experience focusing on business process automation
4. 1-5 years of Power BI experience with intermediate knowledge in DAX
5. Advanced SharePoint Online (SPO) experience with proven understanding of how SharePoint fits into the ecosystem of M365
6. Foundational knowledge (with some experience) in Power Pages, Dataverse, Premium Capacities
7. Understanding of UX/UI principles
8. Intermediate to Advanced experience and understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of tools
9. Understanding of data visualization solutions and data modeling
10. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
11. Ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision
12. COMPTIA Security + certification (Certification preferred upon hire but must be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)
13. Computing Environment (CE) relative to the position (EX: Microsoft Power Platform 100, 200, or 400 other related certifications can be considered) - Certification preferred upon hire but can be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)

Desired Qualifications

• Experience building model driven applications in Power Apps
• Data Architecture experience
• Experience supporting and interacting with Senior Leaders or Executive level
• Understanding of Power BI Premium Workspaces
• Ability to work with ambiguous and/or limited requirements
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and receptive to constructive feedback

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of data visualizations, Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Direct engagement with customers to define project requirements and manage customer expectations
• Design, build, and maintain model-driven/canvas Power Apps to support and enhance program and organization operations.
• Design and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity.
• Transform and integrate data using Power Query and data flows
• Participate in data governance activities to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
• Provide analytics that enable optimal decision making and business knowledge to the organization's user community
• Author and contribute to technical documentation
• Author and deliver reference and training resources
