Job Description:

The client is looking for a Dynamics Consultant & CRM/Power Platform Developer Lead. You will be responsible for designing & developing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform & Azure cloud services. Applicants must have strong analytical skills and business vision to add value to our program staff by driving projects and delivering solid Dynamics CRM/365 solutions. Experience integrating external systems with Dynamics 365, planning and implementing solutions to address organizational requirements, and maintaining program staff relationships throughout the project lifecycle is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Skilled in Azure AD, Azure App Services, API development, Portals, Azure Data Lakes/Warehouses
2. Expertise in Custom Workflow Activity, Plugin (C#), Power Automate, JavaScript, HTML, PowerApps Portals, Canvas Apps and Power Platform development
3. Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements and develop wireframes/mockups
4. Create functional requirements and designs for customizations
5. Accurately estimate level of effort for implementation tasks
6. Installation, setup, and configuration of Dynamics 365 and associated Apps
7. Create technical documentation of client Dynamics 365 environments
8. Review developer proposed implementations and identify efficient designs
9. Work with Delivery architects, Technical Leads, and developers to ensure access and security profiles meet the needs of the Agency
10. Advise on complex business cases and propose comprehensive solutions utilizing 3rd party applications and extending Dynamics 365 with customizations
11. Collaborate with Delivery architects, Technical Leads, and developers to perform code reviews to ensure that solutions align with pre-defined architecture/design or Microsoft recommended best practices for Power Platform
12. Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse
13. Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills.

2. D365 CRM and Portal Development Experience: 8 Years Required
3. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience: 20 Years Required
4. Software Development Lifecycle Experience: 16 Years Required
5. Power BI Business Intelligence (Cloud Based): 2 Years Highly Desired
6. Azure Development Experience: 8 Years Required
7. MS Power Platform Development Experience: 3 Years Required
8. MS Office/PowerPoint experience: 3 Years Required
9. Develop Wireframes/mockups (using Figma or similar tools): 2 Years Required
10. CCWIS Solution Development Experience: 6 Months Required
