Job summary

Oddball is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our CMS team, building low-code solutions that help federal programs run more efficiently. You’ll translate requirements into working Power Platform apps and flows, and contribute to code reviews in a remote Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has a solid engineering background, is comfortable with data and backend systems, and can communicate clearly with product managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with Power Platform or willingness to learn.
• Strong engineering fundamentals.
• Remote/Agile environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power Platform solutions including PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Work across frontend and backend development as needed to support the broader product.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into working solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues independently and drive problems to resolution.
• Contribute to code reviews and engineering standards across the team.
