Job summary

Oddball, a remote‑first company in the USA, is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive software delivery for veteran-focused products. You will partner with Product Managers and engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver high‑quality software on schedule.

The role requires strong facilitation of Agile ceremonies, progress tracking, and clear communication with stakeholders across the VA.gov ecosystem to ensure alignment and remove blockers.

• Experience delivering software in an Agile environment.
• Ability to translate product needs into actionable work for engineering teams.
• Strong facilitation of Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities
