Specific skills/experience required

1. Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
2. Strong understanding of case management systems and the ability to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
3. Experience with SharePoint and experience migrating data from SharePoint to the Power Platform
4. Strong experience in data integration and the ability to connect various systems and data sources
5. Good understanding of testing web applications for mobile use and accessibility
6. Strong understanding of user experience design and the ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
7. Experience with agile development methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to come up with solutions to complex issues
9. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with the business team to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
10. Strong ability to be autonomous, pro-active, and self-motivated
11. The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development and experience with the Microsoft Power Platform is required.
12. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is also preferred.
