Mandatory Skills: MS Power Platforms ( Power Apps | Power Automate | Dataverse | Power BI )

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
• 5-10 years developing solutions in a Microsoft environment (PowerApps | Power Automate | Dataverse)
• 5-10 years creating intuitive and dynamic reports and dashboards in a PowerBI environment
• Comfortable challenging technical direction if a better option is available at no additional cost
• Able to translate user requests into functional processes and features in the desired solution
• Capable of producing evidence (ex. Customer Satisfaction Recommendation) to verify successful project history
• Proficiency with development tools and environments such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, and other relevant development and collaboration tools.

Exceptional Candidates:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, database management, and integration capabilities.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying applications using Microsoft PowerApps, including both Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
• Strong expertise in creating and managing reports and dashboards using PowerBI, including data sourcing, visualization, and performance optimization.
• Understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration with Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and their integration with the Power Platform for enhanced scalability and performance.
• Understanding of data security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the project (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
