Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a skilled Power Platform Developer to design and deliver solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI for US-based clients.

You'll collaborate with analysts and engineers to translate requirements into scalable apps, integrations, and reports, while supporting migrations, deployments, and client training. The role emphasizes problem-solving, communication, and staying current with AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional Power Platform experience.
• Experience building with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Understanding of solution management, environments, security roles, and ALM.
• Experience implementing solutions from documented requirements and approved designs.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business users.
• Preferred certifications PL-200, PL-400 or related Microsoft certifications.
• Experience with Project Online, Planner Premium, or similar PM platforms.
• Experience with APIs, custom connectors, Azure Functions, or integration technologies.
• Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, or related technologies.
• Power BI reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Planner Premium, and Project Online.
• Participate in requirements and discovery sessions to understand business needs and objectives.
• Build Dataverse data models, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, reports, and configurations.
• Support migrations, upgrades, and modernization projects.
• Deliver assigned project work on schedule and within scope.
• Develop and configure Extend existing Power Platform solutions and accelerators.
• Build integrations between Power Platform and external systems using APIs and connectors.
• Assist with testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and support activities.
• Contribute reusable templates, components, and implementation assets for future delivery.
• Support Client Success with user training and knowledge transfer.
• Assist clients with adoption and ongoing support needs.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and architects to resolve technical challenges.
• Participate in continuous improvement and skills development.
