Job summary

Methods is seeking an experienced Delivery professional to drive and oversee complex delivery across Titan, ViCTOR and ARES. You will own priorities, milestones and ownership while coordinating cross‑team delivery activities and ensuring readiness for releases.

In this role you will run effective delivery ceremonies, manage Jira plans and dependencies, and proactively address blockers. Collaboration with the Senior Delivery Manager will focus on strategic portfolio outcomes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive delivery across Titan, ViCTOR and ARES with clear priorities, milestones and ownership.
• Coordinate Titan delivery and transition from ViCTOR, aligning development, testing, assurance, release and dependencies.
• Oversee the ARES automation delivery pipeline, ensuring priorities, dependencies, blockers and readiness are actively managed.
• Maintain accurate Jira plans, RAID, dependencies and overall delivery status.
• Lead delivery ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Proactively resolve blockers and escalate risks to the Senior Delivery Manager, dependencies or decisions needing senior intervention.

Job description

• Support and drive delivery across Titan, ViCTOR and ARES, maintaining clear priorities, milestones and ownership.
• Titan / ViCTOR: Support Titan delivery and the transition from ViCTOR, coordinating development, testing, assurance, release and dependencies.
• ARES: Manage the automation delivery pipeline, ensuring priorities, dependencies, blockers and readiness are actively managed.
• Delivery control: Maintain accurate Jira plans, RAID, dependencies and delivery status.
• Team leadership: Run effective delivery ceremonies including stand‑ups, planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Risk & escalation: Proactively resolve blockers and escape risks to Senior Delivery Manager, dependencies or decisions requiring senior intervention.

Expected outcomes

• Delivery across Titan, ViCTOR and ARES is controlled and transparent.
• Priorities, ownership and next steps are clear.
• Risks and dependencies are identified and addressed early.
• Delivery ceremonies drive decisions and action rather than administration.
• Senior intervention is focused on exceptions, escalations and decisions, rather than routine delivery management.
• Senior Delivery Manager capacity is released to focus on Application Platforms portfolio leadership, strategic priorities and senior stakeholder engagement.

This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.
