Job summary

AECOM is actively seeking Developers to work on a broad range of projects, transforming data and automating processes for Federal, state, local, and private-sector clients. US citizenship is required.

The role emphasizes Power Platform proficiency (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Portals) and fundamentals of ETL, database design, and OO programming, with opportunities to lead requirements and design workshops remotely or in person.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Information Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ years of experience or equivalent
Experience designing and building tools for process automation solutions, including PowerApps or competitive platforms
Experience designing and building dashboards
Working understanding of relational databases
US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

Design, create, and maintain business automation and intelligence tools and the data structures which supply them
Understand client needs and translate into data workflows and dashboards
Plan steps and estimate effort and schedule for client requirements
Communicate technical challenges and propose solutions to non-technical decision makers
Query databases and use APIs to obtain data
Suggest innovative solutions for client requirements
Engage with mentors and coworkers to resolve problems
Collaborate with clients and teammates across global initiatives
