Qualifications

The PowerApps Factory team delivers solutions end to end, from requirements gathering through production rollout. It builds AI skills and agents to streamline AI-assisted development of pro-code Power Apps, with a focus on integrations with upstream systems and APIs and scalable Dataverse data models.

• Design and develop AI agents and skills for AI-assisted development of pro-code Power Apps
• Build and maintain scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Power Apps Architect and manage data models in Microsoft Dataverse
• Configure and customize AI-driven conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with upstream systems and APIs
• Participate in the full solution lifecycle, from design through production rollout
• Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, and scalability standards

Требования

• 5+ Years of experience in Power Platform development, including Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform
• 2+ Years of experience in AI Agents Development and Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Proficiency in designing and implementing pro-code solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem
• Expertise in building scalable data models in Dataverse
• Experience integrating solutions with upstream systems and APIs
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
