Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Power Platform Consultant to advise business and technical stakeholders on Copilot Studio AI agent solutions and automation opportunities. You will transform ideas into implementation-ready concepts and assess feasibility, dependencies and integration options.

You will design scalable, secure Power Platform solutions, govern environment management and ensure measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform or enterprise automation
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience in Power Platform solution development and architecture
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable business solutions
• Understanding of authentication, authorization and security concepts
• Experience with various data sources and enterprise systems
• Knowledge of governance and environment management
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Very good command of English

Responsibilities

• Advise business and technical stakeholders on Copilot Studio AI agent solutions and automation opportunities
• Support teams in transforming initial ideas into implementation-ready solution concepts
• Assess solution feasibility, technical dependencies and integration possibilities
• Provide guidance on governance, security and compliance considerations
• Promote best practices for scalable, secure and maintainable Copilot Studio implementations
• Support the design and development of Copilot Studio solutions and Power Platform components
• Advise teams on connector usage, integration patterns and data source selection
• Provide guidance on authentication, authorization and security requirements
• Support the definition of environment strategies and application lifecycle management approaches
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions address real business needs and deliver measurable value
• Contribute to standardization and enablement of Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities across the organization
