Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Power Platform Administrator to manage governance, security, and ongoing improvements across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365. This remote contract role requires w2 compliance and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and life insurance.

Responsibilities include environment administration, ALM, and security controls while enabling scalable solutions and user adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Microsoft Power Platform environments.
• Experience configuring ALM processes and deployment pipelines.
• Experience administering Dynamics 365 applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of environment management, security roles, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Power Platform environments for development, testing, and production.
• Configure environments, Dataverse, security roles, data policies, capacity, and settings.
• Monitor platform health, performance, usage, licensing, and capacity utilization.
• Manage lifecycle activities including provisioning, configuration, backup, recovery, and upgrades.
• Implement governance standards, policies, and best practices.
• Support tenant-wide administration and compliance requirements.
• Develop operational procedures and maintain platform documentation.
• Mentor and support citizen developers building apps, flows, and Dataverse solutions.
• Review apps and automations for maintainability, security, and compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field
