Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Power Platform Developer and Innovation Specialist to modernize front-office processes for a federal Department of Defense client. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Power Automate workflows end-to-end.
• Experience configuring SharePoint as a structured document repository, including metadata, libraries, and permissions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Forms and its integration with Power Automate for intake and routing scenarios.
• Ability to work effectively within an agile sprint model, including planning, reviews, and iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Power Automate workflows for inbox-driven task identification, routing, multi-step approvals, and exception handling.
• Automate document detection, ingestion, and summarization into SharePoint to support centralized knowledge management.
• Configure RBAC, row-level security, and table permissions across solutions.

This role is responsible for designing and building the document management architecture, automated workflows, AI agent configurations, and data capabilities that span a multi-milestone delivery program.
