Job summary

ECLARO is seeking an IT Systems Analyst & Automation Specialist in Norfolk, VA to design, develop, support, and improve business systems and workflow automations. You will be the primary technical resource for Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Forms, Lists, and related Power Platform solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable automations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience analyzing business processes and translating requirements into technical workflows.
Hands-on experience building and supporting Power Automate workflows.
Hands-on experience configuring SharePoint Online lists, libraries, columns, views, and permissions.
Experience with Microsoft Forms and Microsoft Lists.
Understanding of workflow design concepts: approvals, conditions, variables, logging, and notifications.
Ability to test solutions, troubleshoot automations, and document corrective actions.
Ability to create technical documentation, process maps, and user instructions.
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and production support priorities.

Responsibilities

Partner with internal departments to document processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Power Automate flows for intake, data collection, approvals, and routing.
Create and maintain Forms, SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions supporting automated processes.
Develop approval workflows with status tracking, notifications, and audit history.
Establish workflow development standards for naming, connections, ownership, and error handling.
Monitor production automations and perform root cause analysis on failures.
Maintain inventory of forms, flows, lists, owners, connections, environments, and contacts.
Create technical documentation, test scripts, and end-user instructions.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure business requirements are met.
Support migration to shared/enterprise ownership models and optimize continuity.
