Mattr is seeking a Power Platform Developer to lead scalable Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate projects. You will translate business requirements into secure, standardized enterprise solutions and collaborate with DevOps teams to support API development and system integration.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience, strong communication, and a knack for adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Microsoft certifications in relevant disciplines.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• At least 1+ year API development experience using scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of web development languages such as JavaScript is desirable.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Windows OS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Power Platform development projects, ensuring timely completion of reports and applications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure DevOps solutions meet evolving business needs.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements and design fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Architect, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions with emphasis on security, standardization, and documentation.
• Present solutions to stakeholders to support adoption and decision-making.
• Lead code and application reviews, providing feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Provide technical support for deployed solutions.
• Explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance DevOps capabilities.
