Job summary

Mattr is seeking a Power Platform Developer to lead scalable, secure solutions across Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and API development. You will translate business requirements into technical designs and drive enterprise-wide initiatives with DevOps alignment.

Reporting to the Development - DevOps manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure standardization, and deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions that support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Microsoft certifications in relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• At least 1+ year of API development experience using scripting languages such as PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Power Platform development projects and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project direction and priorities.
• Gather requirements and design fit-for-purpose technical solutions across the organization.
• Architect, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions with security and documentation best practices.
• Present solutions to stakeholders to support adoption and decision-making.
• Lead code and application reviews, providing feedback for quality.
