Ladders is seeking a Power Platform Architect - AI to shape the architecture and delivery of enterprise automation and AI-enabled solutions for a remote US-based team. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate platform strategy into scalable, governed implementations that improve efficiency and long-term outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, advance best practices, and ensure solutions align with architectural standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in software engineering or enterprise technology leadership.
• 7+ years of direct Microsoft Power Platform expertise.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale Power Platform initiatives.
• Proven ability to establish architecture standards and governance models.
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
• Hands-on leadership in a remote environment with strategic problem-solving.

For our client, we are seeking a Power Platform Architect - AI to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape the architecture and delivery approach for enterprise automation and AI-enabled solutions across a remote organization. You will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to turn platform strategy into scalable, governed implementations that improve efficiency and support long-term business outcomes. The position also involves mentoring team members, advancing best practices, and ensuring solutions are aligned with architectural standards and compliance expectations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 annually
