Zurn Elkay is seeking a Senior Power Platform & AI Solution Architect to actively design and deliver agent-based AI solutions. You will establish architectural standards, build reference implementations, and own Dataverse architectures for Dynamics CRM and D365 F&O, while guiding global CoE delivery and ensuring hands-on delivery alongside governance.

The role emphasizes direct engagement with business teams, rapid prototyping, and setting technical direction across Power Platform and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years IT/software experience with 5+ years architecting on Microsoft Power Platform
• 2-3+ years GenAI/agent development with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, RAG, MCP, and A2A patterns
• Demonstrated architecture ownership with defined patterns and technical direction
• Hands-on coding ability: Power Fx, custom connectors, plug-ins, scripting (PowerShell/Python)
• Experience designing grounding and integration architecture with REST/API integration
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 ecosystem integration
• Experience directing distributed/offshore delivery teams; strong business acumen and stakeholder communication
• Exposure to ML concepts and lakehouse/big data orchestration
• Microsoft AI/Power Platform certifications listed in requirements

Zurn Elkay is seeking a Senior Power Platform & AI Solution Architect to serve as our Microsoft AI agent expert, with deep, hands-on capability across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Foundry (formerly Azure AI Foundry). This is not a traditional Power Platform architect role, and it is not a governance-only function: you'll work directly with business teams, observe real-world processes, and build practical agent solutions in real time, while also setting the architecture patterns, standards, and technical direction that our internal team and India Center of Excellence (CoE) deliver against.
