FTS, in collaboration with a leading client in the Financial Services space, is seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Solution Architect to join their growing IT organization. In this role, you will leverage development best practices and user-centered design principles to create intuitive, scalable, and maintainable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. As a key member of the Application Development team, oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle to ensure scalable, consistent, and growth-oriented platform design.

***This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite per week) in the Atlanta-area. It is currently only open to U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders***

Skillsets:

• Analyze technical requirements and recommend solutions aligned with both platform architecture and business objectives.
• Design technical solutions and create implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers during product evaluations and demos.
• Streamline development, testing, and deployment processes by creating tools and frameworks to ensure high-quality Power Platform/Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Identify, document, and proactively address technical risks and debt to minimize project impact.
• Partner with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and technical leads to define project timelines, deliverables, and requirements.
• Engage in all stages of the development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Coordinate development activities and ensure alignment across multiple development teams.
• Communicate solution designs clearly to development teams and offer technical support throughout implementation.
• Train technical leads on new Power Platform/Dynamics 365 features and emerging technologies.
• Mentor technical staff on solution architecture and governance best practices within the Power Platform/Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Exceptional consulting abilities with the capacity to communicate complex development concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven background as a Senior Application Developer or equivalent role.
• Deep architectural knowledge in building solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals).
• Proficient in developing custom connectors for third-party and internal APIs.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and usage of the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Azure infrastructure best practices.
• Capable of delivering solutions from proof-of-concept to full-scale production deployment.
• Experience in integrating or extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications is highly desirable.
